Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and certified by the State of Texas. If you need a copy of our insurance, please let us know.
Are your bounce houses safe?
Safety is our top priority at Lone Star Parties. All of our bounce houses are made from high-quality, commercial-grade materials and are regularly inspected for any damage or wear. Additionally, we adhere to strict setup guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users. Our team also provides clear safety instructions to all renters.
Are your inflatables clean?
Absolutely! Lone Star Parties, LLC cleans and sanitizes our inflatables and other rentals before each event.
Do the prices include delivery?
Delivery and setup are free within 15 miles of our location. Past 15 miles we charge $2.50 per mile for the whole trip, not just the extra distance — so a 20-mile delivery is $50. We do not deliver just tables, chairs, and concessions without bounce houses or other items ordered.
Do you offer discounts for churches and schools?
You bet! Contact us today to find out about these discounts.
Do you require a deposit?
A 20% deposit reserves your date. Churches and schools don't pay a deposit.
Do you set up at parks?
Yes. We are preferred vendors with many towns and can provide the town/city with an additional insured certificate if required. Some parks require generators and others have power located at the site.
How do I book a rental?
Browse our rentals, pick your event date and time, and add what you need to your cart. Enter your delivery details at checkout and pay securely online — that's it. If your date shows as available, it's yours.
How far in advance do I need to book a bounce house for my event?
We recommend booking your bounce house rental at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like summer and spring weekends. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on the availability of our inventory.
How long is the rental for?
This depends on the product ordered. All water slides rent for 4 hours and dry inflatables rent for 6 hours. If you need more time, just let us know.
What if we need to cancel?
Please inform us as soon as you need to cancel. We do not accept cancellations the day of your event. You must cancel the day before by 4 pm. You will be allowed to reschedule your event for any future date within 3 months.
What is your bad weather policy?
If there is a 50% or more chance of rain on your event date and you wish to reschedule or cancel, you must do so by 4 pm the previous day. Due to Texas weather, there must be a 50% or more chance to receive your deposit back.
What payments do you take?
We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and business checks. We charge 3% for all credit card or debit card purchases.
What surfaces can you set up?
Most of our items can be set up on grass or concrete. Please inform us if your event is on any other surface than grass.
What types of events do you cater to with your bounce house rentals?
At Lone Star Parties, we cater to a wide range of events, including children's birthday parties, family reunions, community festivals, corporate events, and school functions. Our goal is to add a touch of fun and excitement to any gathering, making it unforgettable for both kids and adults alike.
When will my rental be delivered?
We schedule our deliveries the week of your event and coordinate with you a time that works for you. When you book, we obtain the start time of your event and make sure that your item(s) are all set up and ready to go before that designated start time at the latest.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over the Greater Houston Area. We also travel outside of Houston for large events, foam parties, and special events. Call our office to see if we deliver to your location.
